No. During private beta, a paid plan starts only after Nexa and the customer directly confirm the plan, start date and payment terms.
Yes. Send a cancellation request before the next confirmed renewal date. Access remains available through the paid period unless security or policy concerns require earlier suspension.
No. Live access depends on Amazon application readiness, seller eligibility, requested permissions and successful authorization. We review readiness before asking a seller to connect.
The subscription price covers OmniSeller access only. It does not include selling fees, advertising spend, fulfillment charges, taxes or any other amounts charged by Amazon or third parties.
